I have a setting guinea and the other 4 I have stay right with her instead of roosting in there normal place and during the day they may go a little way but dont go far from her is this natural

It sounds like you have one hen and four males. It is natural for the males to guard the nest of the hen.
 
I have two females and two males and they all pretty much hang around the area while any female is on the nest. Is she just laying or is she actually sitting on the eggs (brooding)?
 
Just an update. My guinea hatched out all of her eggs think there were 25 or 26. I am down to 21. They stay mostly in there original pen area but are now starting to venture to the pasture.. I have been offered 4 peacocks about 4 weeks old anyone know how these 2 species react to each other?
 
I don't personally have peacocks, but I know someone who does along with a huge flock of guineas and everyone gets along just fine. They do free-range however, they are not penned up together. They will voluntarily roost in her barn if the weather is really bad. Otherwise both the guineas and the peafowl roost in the trees outside.
