Can I swap out broody hen's eggs after a week and a half?

I have a broody hen, Finally! It's been a few days and she has been consistently sitting and shows all the signs of dedicated broodiness. Unfortunately, the eggs she is currently sitting on are scheduled to hatch two days before I have to go out of town for a week. I have no one to properly care for baby chicks while I am gone. So... Can I swap out her eggs a week and a half after she started sitting? Then those eggs would be hatching a few days after I get back from the trip. The other issue is I want her to hatch different breeds than the eggs she is currently sitting on so swapping them out would be ideal for me. Will adding a week and a half to the time she has been sitting be too long?

Below is the broody space I rigged up today her her to keep her separate from the flock bothering her. The red curtain hangs down so it's darker in there. I just lifted it for the photo. Any advice on the space for her?

Why not let her raise the babies? I know you want to hatch a different breed but... the week and a half won't hurt but I personally don't like developing eggs then tossing live ones. It seems wrong.
