Products to fix a chicken's feathers?

I sort of have a delema. I'm going to show two Partridge Rock pullets in the county fair this, but my choices have been narrowed down. I ordered four chicks of that breed. One was a rooster, so I got rid of him, and the other three are doing fine. I know for sure I'm going to show one certain one with nice features and plumage, but I can't figure out the other two. The other one I want to show has a large bump on her neck, not sure what it is, but I'm going to get it checked out. If it's fixed by the fair, then I'll show her. The other one I may have to show instead if the bump doesn't clear up, but her features aren't the best and her plumage is just ratty. It's not glossy or shiny like the other two, it looks like she rolled around in dirt. Her feathers look awful, I don't know if something happened, her nutrition is bad, or genetics. I bought some Nutrena "Feather Fixer" food (any experience with it?) to help, and just get all their plumage nice, but are there any products that may come in handy? Thanks in advance.

Have you checked for lice and mites?
Pics of lump on neck too.
What have you been feeding and how old are birds?
How are you housing them...coop, run, free range?

I recently checked my birds for lice/mites and found nothing. The birds are about 21 weeks old and I've been feeding them layer food since they were about 8 weeks old (the brand varies). The housing is standard, they have a coop with straw and a large run. I let them free range once in a while when I can watch them.

Here's a link to the thread I posted a couple weeks ago with the lump with some pictures:

Quote: Layer feed shouldn't be fed until they are laying, the extra calcium can damage liver and they need more protein to grow muscle and feathers properly....
....the lower protein during grow out could be why feathers are in bad shape.

Neck wound looks like it could be a cut......or some kind of growth/cyst that opened.
Hard to tell how big 'lump' is ....or if lump was there before wound was.
