Can I switch my chicks to layer feed at 15 weeks or should I hold off and wait until 18 weeks?
Thanks for any help or advice!

Depending on their breeds, it might be a few more months before they all start laying. Grower till they all lay.So I have to wait til all of them start laying!! I can't switch over when one or two start laying?!?!

There is no magic ingredient in layer feed that will make them lay, and if you like to offer lots of treats, it might not be a good choice for your flock at all.
Ok thanksNo, just do what junebuggena says.
Don't rush things.
Ok thanks! This is what I do.
I wait till the first egg. Then I feed layer feed. It does not matter if only one is laying. Once the first egg is laid I then put out the oyster shell.
