Need help 11 week silkie won't walk stand

I had 2 5 week old silkies one had died and the other is still hanging on, it will drink and eat but it will not move just lay down always tired and when I try to get it to move it falls over and stumbles around, need help ASAP!!!!

Were they vaccinated for Mareks disease? Were either birds legs splayed out in unusual positions? Do they seem paralyzed? Are their pupils normal looking?Do their legs seem involved? Are their toes curled? At any point either one? Can you post a picture and show the feet and legs as well? Is her neck in normal position? Not off to the side? This could be a vitamin defiency silkies are prone to or it could be worse. Could you show the pic of her or give any more information as to exactly what happened when you lost the other one?

She had flees when we noticed and now Well she seems to always have one leg always out she will try to walk for a few seconds then lose balance once this happens she will lie down and the only way to get he back up is to pick her up, she curls her toes a lot and has not had any vaccination and also puts one wing out, she eats and I feed her as well but at this point I have no idea if she is doing better or not need help

Do you have any poultry vitamins and electrolytes that you can put into the water? It is starting to sound like a possible vitamin deficiency with the curled toes. Slipped tendon or other leg bone deformities can be possible. The vitamins need to contain riboflavin. Hopefully you will start to see some improvement.
 
Yes we do and we also have wet food and yogurt, but how long should it take to show signs thats she's getting better, because I'm on my second day of feeding her myself and idk what to look for

I would treat with Corid or Sulmet. Sounds like typical coccidia. I would give her a couple of drops Corid by mouth with eye dropper. Then start with Corid in water per bottle directions.
 
@donna r raybon I would try this but our local poultry store is closed right now and it will be closed tomorrow for Canada day :/

I have continued to feed her ever 3-4 hours with yogurt, wet food and stress aid and she seems to be getting better she still has a bit of a distorted walk and she will curl her toes from time to time but she is walking a lot more it's not fast it's slow but she starting. She has also puffed up a lot as well so I'm going to believe she is getting better

Have you tried giving a good multivitamin one with Riboflavin. That can be a great help if this is vitamin realated. Was she living outside in the coop? Did she ever get vaccinated for Mareks disease?
 
She was outside in a coop but I don't believe it is mareks and it is multi vitimin with ribflaven
