I wash my eggs with warm water and pick all the debri off of them. I left today's washed eggs on the counter for around 4 hrs. Will these still be safe to eat?
Proper way to wash your eggs and how long can can they set out before going bad?

Yes, they will be fine unless they were in the sun and very hot all that time.

Once you wash the bloom off, the eggs are unprotected and should be refrigerated. Unwashed eggs can stay fresh at room temp for over 2 weeks.

how long will they be good if unwashe'd and refridgerated?

Unwashed refrigerated can last for well over 3 months.
