Hey my run has a 6ft fence but even with wings trimmed I have 2 girls still jumping into the neighbors yard. Does anyone have some links for what to use for a run cover? I would prefer something like a netting as I do have bamboo stable and growing the the run. But shade cloth might still work well closers to the coop end where there is no bamboo.

The run is about 6-8 ft wide and 40ish ft long

Sorry....not sure how to do a link. But if you have an Amazon account you can find some great nets and shade cloths for reasonable prices. We bought a net that I haven't gotten up yet but I am impressed with it as far as how it feels, seems strong. What I have really been impressed with was the shade cloth I bought. It was only about $5 more than a tarp the same size and was many times easier to tie on top of the run fence in my duck run. I used zip ties. It doesn't flap in the wind like a tarp and doesn't pool rain like a tarp but it does provide shade and provides a cover for the top of the run. Not sure what will happen with it this winter if I get snow on it but for right now with wind and rain I am loving it. Maybe someone will see this and can provide some links. :)

I also ordered this one and put over a section of my chicken run. The farmer behind me swore a raccoon would quickly challenge it but that has not happened and it has been up since May. Sometimes my chickens will get a running start and fly out the door and bounce off of it but none have breached it. So it is actually a bit stronger than it looks. But I will warn you....it was a pain to put up because it feels so flimsy. Hawks also scoped it out and left it alone. Now whether that is due to the fact that they see it as possible entanglement, who knows? But I do know my chickens have bounced off of it and held. I only used heavy duty zip ties. :)

Haven't used mine yet. Still working on coop, but close to done. I want to use this for an outside the cooo/run area. Bought it on Amazon

I have this one too and haven't used it yet. It seems a bit sturdier than the one I posted that I am using. I got concerned about the other one after I put it up with everyone saying it seemed flimsy. Not sure where I will use this one yet. The main reason I think the other one has worked on the run is that I draped it about a foot or so over the edge of the top of the fence. It creates a deterrent to climbing evidently and that section of my run borders a field of tall grass that I have seen foxes in and no doubt raccoons and everything else. I think if I had merely pulled it to edge of the fence and zip tied it it would have been challenged by now. That was a happy accident as it happened because I was in a frantic hurry to get that section of run covered. That is the only thing I can figure out. I accidentally created a problem for anything trying to climb that fence. LOL
