Looking for Blue Cayuga duck Info

I just recently learned that there are blue Cayugas !! I am having the hardest time finding information on them though.
could any of you help me out with that?
I would love to know what they look like?
What color of eggs they produce.
temperament.
and if any of you sell eggs.
thanks a bunch!
 
Cayugas are a favorite of mine. I have 4. Be interested in seeing a "blue" one. I've seen a blue hue on mine in the right light.
 
They look just like a cayuga but blue. Same blue color as a blue runner.
They lay the same eggs as a cayuga. White or green with a black bloom at the start of laying season.
Temperament is the same as cayugas.

Not much different about them other than feather color

Shoot a message to Holerreads. They sold their flock last Sept so will be able to help get you a list of current breeders. I sold mine a few summers ago as they just weren't a breed in high demand in my area
 
There are Black, Blue, Silver and Chocolate Cayugas.
Mating two blues will get you 50% blues, 25% black and 25% silvers.
Sandhill Preservation in Iowa sells black, blue and chocolate Cayugas.
 
I just found out this guy is a blue cayuga!

The ones I have wouldnt be pure cayuga ducks but they look like the blue cayugas! I got them by crossing my Black Cayuga with my Silver Swedish. Next hatch I hope to get more of them they are so pretty. Waiting for one of them to lay eggs to see what color turns out!
