Guinea is being mean to my hens

I have 3 Guineas 7 hens and one rooster. I have one guinea who is kinda a jerk. He chases the hens around and pecks at them. I just moved them all to the coop yesterday was hoping that would help but not much. He only does it if he's at the feeder or waterer and wants it all to himself. Anything I can do to stop this? I yell and clap like a crazy person when it happens and I get the what look.
 
How the heck would you put those on? I tried to pick my mean guinea up to transfer it to the coop outside. It acted like I was trying to kill it. Flying and pooping all over my basement (that's where my brooder was). It was screaming so loud my one dog ran away and hid in a corner of the house.

You need application pliers. They go on easy if you use those. Guineas are wild birds, I've only ever had a single tame one.
