it's been 2 days now without any eggs , there are contractions in her bottom , her comb and wattles are becoming red again , and she eats well she's eating all the day , but what worries me is that she's not laying , it's not cold outside nor hot . Can I feed her crushed egg shells ?? it's too hard for me to get oyster shell these days .

The vent will contract and move without there being any problem or an egg coming...
.......remember not all birds lay every day, some only lay 2-3 times a week.

Yes, you can feel crushed eggs shells for extra calcium.

What and how exactly do you feed her normally

I always give her table scraps and leftovers , she likes to eat cooked vegetables ,fish , cooked rice and pasta , corns , fruits specially apples , pomegranates ,watermelon , cantaloupe and sometimes I give her grounded beef or chicken , she has her own feeder and I always wash it before adding new food also a deep plate full of water and I change the water many times a day to provide her clean water all the time , the coop is in my balcony and it's getting cold at night , should I cover it with something ?? or how to tell if she's feeling cold or not ??

So you are not giving her a balanced chicken ration?
She may be lacking in essential vitamins and minerals.

What is your climate?
Putting your location in your profile can help folks give better answers/suggestions.

Okay....She laid eggs great as a younger pullet...Your diet is all wrong...She is taking the calcium from her bones to make eggs...She needs a Layer food and oyster shell, plus grit.....Laying hens should only be fed treats at 5%, meaning a tablespoon a day...If that in treats?....Major health problems develop in Chickens with bad nutrition.....

Cheers!

I live in Alexandria city , Egypt , it's a coastal city I live by the sea , it's humid and hot in the summer , dry and very cold in the winter , nowadays it's warm and sunny in the morning and it seems that my chicken is enjoying it , but when the sun goes down it's windy and cold , not too cold as the winter but I feel a little bit cold , does that mean she should be feeling cold as I am ??
I don't know what other food I should give to her ... I have no access to oyster shell and I don't know what vitamins I should give please tell me :( it's my first time to have a chicken and I didn't know that I'm doing it all wrong :( by the end of the day her crop is full and big it means that she's eating well but you guys are scarring me , because she's eating it doesn't mean she's having all the essentials vitamins and minerals :(

Ahh totally different situation.....most folks here live in the US.
I have no idea what would be available over there..

You'll have to feed what you can feed her.
Do other folks near you keep chickens for pets or food?....can you connect with them somehow?

Back in the day before commercial chicken feed was invented, people fed their chickens as you have been feeding your single hen. Somehow, chickens survived and even thrived, so don't feel as if you are doing it "wrong".

There are foods rich in calcium such as fish and leafy greens. Make a point of including these in her diet. You will know if your hen isn't getting enough calcium if she starts laying eggs with thin shells or no shells at all, or if she stops laying all together. You can also feed her egg shells back to her by drying them out and crushing them into her food.

As far as feeling the cold, you can tell if your hen is feeling chilled if you see her all fluffed up, looking as if someone pumped her full of air. On chilly days, it's more important to protect her from cold drafts than it is to block the cold itself or try to heat her living quarters. As long as she gets plenty to eat, her metabolism and feathers will keep her nice and warm.
