What kind of seminar?I had a seminar online, was very disappointed. It's not easy figuring out your own diagnoses, but the doctor seems unable to figure out why i feel so lousy.

They found ovarian cysts on my mri. It was for my legMorning all, slept decent til Tom woke me at 10. Cause company coming at 1 dontcha know. Someone from Nancys work. No idea why they're coming but the house is a mess and I dont even care anymore. Seems like I dont care about a lot of things lately.
Tomorrow is my MRI I hope it explains my pain. Some of it anyway. They are just doing my lower back but I figure whatever shows there is all the way up my spine .
This sounds really good. Jiffy contains lard, I'll have to find another brand.Kathy’s White Trash Corn Bread - (Our friend Kathy says one bite and you’re white trash. A small price to pay)
(NOTE: I had to go 60 mins rather than 30. Cool for 10.) It was delicious!
Mix together:
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn (drained)
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream (can reduce to ¾ c)
1 package Jiffy Corn Bread mix (that’s right I said it: Jiffy!)
1 cup melted butter (can reduce to ½ c and I usually do) at about room temperature
Put into a well buttered or preferably Crisco greased casserole (cast iron pan works best and that’s what we use -- a size #8 Wagner ware or similar) BAKE at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until done
Serve warm or hot for that matter! Good with honey, butter, jam or all 3 or by it’s own delicious self. It’s a breakfast or dinner thing. Take your pick. Serves 6 people generously.
that sounds good! I have made my cornbread before and added creamed corn and shredded cheese to it . It does take a lot longer to bake.Kathy’s White Trash Corn Bread - (Our friend Kathy says one bite and you’re white trash. A small price to pay)
