Help with sexing peachick?

Hi, I have a 4 month old India blue peachick with some sex confusion. He is incubator hatched, there were two but the second one was grabbed by a dog... Now "Walter" is always alone, he doesn't connect to the older peafowl (1-2 years). I want to get him a friend but want to be sure first what sex he is! I thought he was a boy but recently someone experienced with peafowl told me he thought Walter was a girl. What do you think?

I see a female ... on the last pic the feather of the wing become grey ! the brown feather become grayish.
The front neck is not all over blue green.It's gray!
 
Thanks for your comment, Dany12! I'm still not sure though... What about the barring on the feathers and the rusty flight feathers? Also, sometimes his neck feathers do look blue. This is a photo from the front:

The reason I want to be sure is I want to get him/her a friend of the opposite sex. If I get her a male friend and she turns out to be another male after all, I'll be in trouble :)
 
Hi - I just wanted to say that I posted these pictures in a facebook peafowl group and everyone without exception said it was a male. So I am convinced now and getting him a girlfriend. :)
 
Don't be too quick to buy another hen. Your bird has some green blood in it and is making it a bit difficult to determine sex, it will be more obvious in a couple more weeks. I will second Dany12 that it is most likely a hen.

I agree with @Dany12 and @KsKingBee that bird is a spalding indeed and Im betting that in a few weeks those bars are going to slowly disappear like they are in the saddle area of your bird (between the shoulders just behind the neck). This bird looks like a hen to me as well, my reasoning is the edges on the barred feathers are not defined or sharp as some would say. I suggest giving it a 2-4 weeks and take note of the barring pattern, either way you do have a very good looking bird regardless of gender,

Here is a clear photo example of India Blue Chick sexing. These are the same two chicks, brother and sister. They are pied- , so ignore the white feathers except in they serve to track the male. From the beginning the male had little white eppulettes on his shoulders, later turning to a clear white feather in the middle of his back. So now it is easy to identify him throughout his changes. In these pics watch the barring changes on the brown feathers, knowing the white back feather is the male, and the all brown back is female.

your pix make it hard to see...from the back it looks like a hen, the face(in shadow) looks like it could be a male. some males will be ok together, depends. I have some who hang together( mine are free range) Unless you want lots and lots of babies, get the same sex. I found two hens setting 22 eggs this year!
