White and Green Watery poop

My 18+ monthbold hen has not laid in over a monthm. She has been doing fine up until the lastbfew days.. sleeping almost likenthe "zombie" state.. so today i isolated her and shes jnside. Food and water only.. she has been having white and green watery diarrhea.. what isbthis from?
 
That type of poo, watery and bright green is sometimes indicitive of not eating. It turns bright green because of bile. Without seeing pictures I can't tell you for sure.
I'd make sure she's getting plenty of water with nutra drench added. I've had great success with that.
Water is far more important than food!!
Then I'd try to get food in her... try wetting it to an oatmeal consistency and mixing with a little applesauce.

It looks like there is blood in the first image. I'd get a float done at your vets and check for coccidia immediately.
