Sick rooster please help

I recently added this rooster to my flock and he has started looking sick over the past few days. He has stopped crowing and is constantly closing his eyes and tucking his head backwards.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Isolate him from the girls and put probiotics in his water. Just try to keep him stress free.
Did you quarantine him before you turned him loose? Whenever you add a new chicken to the flock, it needs to be quarantined for at least two weeks minimum to be sure that he doesn't have any diseases he could give to your girls.
 
Pending expert advice, if you have vitamin supplements or electrolytes then add that to his water. If not, even some honey in water would certainly do no harm.
