I am new to this website and look forward to talking with all of you. At the present time there are at least 4 households that want chickens. We have sent 2 proposals to them. One being a 2 year pilot program and one being the actual amendment to the covenant that is 15 words long. We have been denied but will still press on. We have been We have been ordered not to send emails, go to peoples houses or petition in anyway to get support. We have been told it is disrespectful to other people's opinions. We are now entertainig the idea of an attorney because we feel we are not being treated fairly. We need to gather support and am therefore looking to our government, local council members, agriculture groups and so on for letters of support. Also, none of the information we sent the HOA was ever released to the other homeowners. Everyone's imput would be greatly appreciated.
