My Egyptian Fayoumis Rooster Has No Male Feathers?

Hi everyone. I got 4 Egyptian fayoumis from a local breeder, and my cockerel, Hades, is between 7 to 10 months old(I have had a lot going on in these past few months, and can't remember what month I got him. He was four months old when I got him though. I think I got him in June or July?) And I have noticed that he has no male feathers. Like, his hackle and saddle feathers are like a hen's. He has one sickle feather in his tail, but that's it. I thought that maybe it was a breed trait(like how sebrights are all female feathered), but then I looked up pictures of other males of the breed and they all have normal male feathers. And I was just wondering if anyone has had anything like this happen, or has any idea as to why he has no male feathers. And he is definitely a rooster. Huge comb, crows constantly, mounts hens like crazy, does not lay eggs, and bigger than the pullets I have, that are the same age as him, and are all laying. I can get pictures later today if anyone really wants me to, but he is definitely a boy, just with no male feathers. Thanks in advance.

x2, I'm thinking you got a Campine as well. Pics if you can please. However its possible its just a genetic fluke.

I just looked up silver campines, and noticed that their earlobes are white, but I think my chickens' earlobes are red, and it looks like the fayoumis had red earlobes as well. I'm not positive on that though. And they very much might be campines. I hopefully will be going to get more chickens from them soon( The breeder had a few accidental coronation sussex x lavender orpington crosses that they said they would sell me, plus I was hoping for a few more silkie hens from them. I already have one of the sussex x lavender orps, and she is a big sweetheart), and I'm sure they will let me see Hades' father. If he has no male feathers, then it's most likely they are campines, but if he does, does that mean that I just have a mutant on my hands?

And I'm fine with it if they end up being campines, but I'm going to have to let the breeder know so they don't keep selling them as the wrong breed.
