Make sure that he is eating--feed some chopped egg, tuna, or wet chicken feed. Look at his eyes for any unusal color or cloudiness. A drooping wing is another sign of illness, possibly from dehydration or even from something like Mareks disease. Mareks usually affects unvaccinated young birds, and symptoms can include paralysis in one or both wings, legs, or neck, and wasting. That sounds good.....Bring him inside for a couple of hours in a crate....Warming him up might also help?
I will not scare you with all disease they can carry.....
just try things....Feed him his water and feed...No fillers or remedies....
