Hi,
I have a "Bradford White Defener" water heater that is about 6 years old. The problem i'm having is as follows. The red reset button (I believe it is the thermal cutoff switch, but not sure) keeps on tripping, requiring me to reignite the pilot several times a day. I've pinpointed the problem to accure when ever we use the hot water. If i ignite the pilot, the water heater stays on, untill we use the hot water, and only then the reset button trips. Any idea what is causing that?
Thank you so much.
