Hey. I'm about midway to hatching some January Sizzle chicks. I'm on the January hatch along thread but it seems fairly quiet. I'm on day 8 with my shipped across country eggs in the bator. I need partners in crime! Somebody speak up!!!
 
I have 100 bobwhite that go into lockdown sunday.

6.5 dozen cream legbar, welsummer, and fbcm due to hatch on the 21st.

then I'll be done til my birds start laying again. hoping for my turkeys to start by march.
 
Had about 60 bobs hatch. Lost 4 in brooder.

When I went to work this morning 32 legbar babies had hatched.

Had about 40 eggs left to go.

But think one incubator must have spiked or malfunctioned I think all eggs in it are gone. Will give til Tues and see.
 
I'm very into hatching.. Hatched some show quality cream legbars yesterday but took an order of 14 eggs with the end result of 3 females.. Some never started to grow and some others were so badly positioned had late death and others were male. Still with the cost of these here .. I break even and saved long drive and well know these are from nice stock..

Just hatched some legbars as well. Probably not show quaility.

Should have 50 out when I get home this evening. Had 5.5 dozen legbar hatching eggs
