I dont know what it is but I really like the buffs too. In other breeds buff is usually about my least favorite color. Guess leghorns make any color look good.

I sure have missed seeing your birds Ve. I think you have some of the best LF Whites in America. Beautiful topline, nicely shaped breast, well placed legs, along with a nice stance, a good clean head, and that tail . O, boy that tail ! Incredible lesser sickles. You know I love Leghorns. I stil have 3 black hens and this summer am going to breed them with cock, who is 50% white and 50% black. I am kind of afraid to think about the results, because anything can pop up, but am hoping for the best. This is only play project.

They look great ve. Regardless of the color of the offspring I am sure they will be of nice type. Looks like you have a silver pullet in there with them.
