Sour crop or something else???

Well, it was an impacted crop after all. Once we were able to get all the fluid out we could feel something "grainy" in her crop. It wasn't going down with hourly massages so we decided to do crop surgery. We removed a baseball size amount of straw. We'll see how she is come tomorrow!

I hope she recovers quickly. Please keep us posted on her progress.
 
Well she didn't make it. I think she was too weak by the time we did the surgery. We learned a lot though so hopefully if it happens again we can save the next one.
