This is my first time incubating eggs so I'm very new to this. I just had the last three hatch but one has a bulge with something hanging behind it. It seems active and there's no blood. They are bantam chicks and these three were four days later than the rest. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I've already had to assist a hatch after waiting and having one die and not wanting to lose another.

Leave it be :) The cord will dry up and fall off on its own within a day or so. Cutting it off would be a bad idea as it's possible for that to make the chick bleed. If you're worried about infection, you can put an antibiotic cream on the chick in that area.
