I just got 6 new chicks to add to my current flock of 5 ISA Browns. I was told that I was getting 2 Australorps, 2 Buff Orpintons and 2 White Rocks. However, when I got home and put them in the brooder I noticed that one of the White Rocks has fuzzy feet! The Town & Country that I got the from does carry a few fancy breeds, so I'm wondering if they put her in with the White Rocks in order to keep all chicks of a similar age together? Do White Rocks sometimes have fuzzy feet as chicks? Or could this be a fancy breed?

I just posted the same question about my fuzzy legged 'white rock'. Since yours has some color on the wings, I wonder if it could be a light Brahma?

Turns out mine is a hatchery oops/white rock mistake.

Looks like a it could be a light brahma to me. that's what mine looked like at that age. white rocks are grey when they are chicks. I don't think they have black on them.
