What breed is this rooster?

He does not have feathered legs, and they appear white.

Mixed breed. There's nothing with a rose comb, Colombian coloring and white skin.

Can't see his body shape enough to use that for breed guesses, but here's some possibilities for the mix...

most common rose comb breed is Wyandotte
White skin could come from Orpington, that's the most likely with the clean legs. Or maybe Sussex.
Colombian coloring could be from light Sussex. Other possibilities are Rock or Wyandotte.

I guess if one happened to cross a Colombian Wyandotte with a light Sussex they could get this bird. But, those breeds aren't hugely common, so those changes are pretty slim.
