Okay, today I got a new IB peahen I noticed the bumble foot but i wasn't too concerned and not afraid to treat her. But I don't really want to put to much stress on her as she was caught by net today and now I'm looking for a treatment that won't be to invasive I was thinking penicillin injections into the infected area. What do you all think?
 
You just nee to buckle up and get er done. Cut that infection out and apply topical and injectable antibiotics, a good bandage to last a week and see how she goes. It would take a very long time for that hard knot of infection to dissolve, and being in the foot with limited circulation it would take longer. You might even put her in a large cage for a day or two until the foot heals a bit and have access for more antibiotic injections.
