I love writing short stories , so I thought that other people might also! :D This is a thread where you can share your short stories that you have always wanted to share! :celebrate

Rules:

All stories must be kid friendly!

No mean comments or judging anyone's stories! If you do, you will get kicked off! Nobody has the same liking on stories, but we don't want to hear if you don't like the story, unless someone ask if you like their story, but be nice about it!

No stealing anyone's story, AT ALL!!!!

All BYC rules apply!

Have fun!

I might come up with more rules later, but those are all the rules for now! :)

The Enchanted Tree

Once upon a time there was a big forest called, Sunny Rover Forest. In the middle of this forest was a smooth white tree that had two big knots on it that looked like eyes and below that was another big knot that looked like big thick lips. This tree, when I say in the middle of the forest, I mean, right smack in the middle. Where the tree was, up above the tree the other trees opened up, where the sun shone right down on the tree.

So, to the story! There was a little boy who always, had trouble, that he needed help with. The little boy couldn't get away from it. So, one day the little boy wondered in the woods of, Sunny Rover, trying to figure out a problem. The little boy was trying to think of how to make his little sister feel better, he had hurt her feelings. The little boy kept walking around. Then he tumbled upon the big white tree, being so worried, he asked the tree what he should do. He knew it was crazy to ask a tree such question, a tree can't talk or can they? The big tree began to move, the knots on the tree began to quiver, what was going on. The little boy was so scared. The tree began to talk. The tree was alive! The little boy was fixing to run, but then, "Don't run! I have an answer. I am the Great Enchanted Tree Of Wisdom. I answer all questions that are asked. I haven't been asked a question in decades!" And the tree was right it had literally been decades, since he has been asked something. "Wh-what is your answer?" The little boy was scared, but he wondered what the tree had to say. "Tell her your sorry, tell her how great she is and then give her a gift as an extra little apology!" The Great Enchanted Tree Of Wisdom said happily. You know that's a lot to say, we'll call him Horrio. The little boy looked at Horrio and said, "If your plan works, I will come back, say thank you and come back every so often, to give you company!" Horrio agreed. The next day the little boy was back at the tree. "Horrio, you sure are smart! I would have never thought of such thing!" The little boy admitted. "I told you!" The little boy left and came back the next week. "Oh, Great Enchanted Tree Of Wisdom, may you help me?" The little boy pleaded. He had a problem that needed to be solved. "What do you wish?" Horrio asked. "I told a lie and now feel bad, what shall I do?" "You must tell the truth and that shall set you free!" The little boy ran back to the city and did what he was told. It worked. The next week he came running back, needing help again. "Oh, Great Enchanted Tree Of Wisdom, may you help me?" Pleaded the boy. "What do you wish?" Horrio asked. "I stole something and now feel bad, what shall I do?" "You must tell, what you have done and this will set you free!" The little boy, then again ran back to the city and did as he was told. It worked. The next week, you can guess it, he came back to the tree. "Oh, Great Enchanted Tree Of Wisdom, may you help me?" pleaded the boy, once more. "What do you wish?" Horrio asked. "I was selfish, I told someone you did not exist, I did not want to share you!" "What have you done, young boy!" The Great Enchanted Tree Of Wisdom said in dismay. The boy was confused. "You have done much more than wrong, you have ruined me, I now shall turn into a normal tree!" "I am sorry, I will go fix it, I will say you exist! I will! I will!" The little boy said, wanting to fix his mistake, but some mistakes can not be fixed. It is like saying the Lord don't exist. Horrio quivered and rattled. He than began to make racquet and then transformed into a normal old tree. The little boy was heart broken, he was so sad, but there was nothing he could do. He went home and cried, but soon to find out, he had done this dismay. You have all learned your lesson with this, don't say something that is not true, but hold on, this story is not quite done, did the little boy ever tell the story if his tale, I'd say, cause your narrator was just that little boy.

(Sorry for any mess ups on the story! :()

I like writing little stories for my siblings based on what they have done, like... If they were bad and didn't listen, I make a story that has a little kid in it that don't listen and there is a consequence. I actually have a story like that, but I will spare you guys and not share those type of stories! :gig
