Right away. Males look completely different from females right out of the egg. That's the whole point of sexlinks. Males are barred, females are not.

I was wondering what kind of chicks I would have, my gamefowl hen is sitting on gamefowl/buff orphingtom eggs. How will the chicks come out?
Welcome airman. Only one way I know to answer your question----they will be "mixed".
I have 3 black sex linked hens in with an Americana rooster. Does anyone have any idea if I would still be able to sex the chicks by color? I can’t find d any info online. 4 have hatched and by traditional means should all be hens. (All black with a little white in the neck). Any help is appreciated.

No, they would not be sexable by color. You'll need to wait 6-8 weeks and watch development.
