Their mother was a wild chicken (tons here in Hawaii) and her eyes were sealed shut. We have the babies and they appear to have these growths/sores as well. Under eyes and on top of beaks. Does anyone know what it is and how we can treat it?
 
More close up pictures could be helpful. I'm wondering about fowl pox or small abscesses from peck wounds. Fowl pox scabs are not supposed to be disturbed due to spreading the virus, but I would try to lance one of the bumps and squeeze it to check for solid pus.
