What predator ripped through the chicken wire?

Hello everyone,
Just to wrap this up - this happened to a friend of mine. They were devastated. We don't know what did it, but suspect a dog / coyote / fox. He never did get chickens again this season; not sure if he ever will. Thanks for all the replies.

There was a hole in my chicken wire too. All the raccoon did was get a bagle I don't think it tried to get in the coop. Foxes were my problem at first but now raccoons! I don't know that it was a raccoon but I think it was.
