Help me change the law in West Hartford CT

My jaw dropped to the floor when I read this. I'm stunned. Came from tiny farming town in CT so WH is a culture shock! Thanks for replying and I can't wait to hear what they say.
 
Here are some information I was able to find online last night. I also went back to the beginning of this thread just to have an idea when it all started. I am shocked to see that it takes so many years to come up with a decision. But then again, after you read the articles that I posted below you will be shocked too. Just click the links.

So sorry, but he never responded, despite several emails. My advice is to call Town Hall and make sure to speak directly with the zoning office. Keep track of all your phone conversations. I wish you all the best, and please let me know what happens--my sense is that the town is still in flux over what to do.
