Whats Your Opinion Of Butler Giant Quail?

I always try to buy the eggs because of disease. Just my preference. I've tried to locate every butler breeder in the US. They are hard to find now. I've had them for several years and just got new blood last year. However, I still wasn't real pleased with the size. Juddlisa has the eggs but might sell chicks as well. Might pm her and ask. I know nothing about her or her birds. Good luck

It depends if you are raising them for meat, dog training, hunting etc... Butlers are poor flyers compared to regular bobwhites. If you are looking to eat them, great, I keep a few, but IMO they are not much good for hunting.

What Bob's would you recommend for bird dogs, hunting, etc.?
