Ok, this is my busy time of year hatching, selling, and growing out chicks. I have several pens that I use but I am looking for a better design for a grow out pen. I am trying to make something that is easy to use and easy to get the chicks out of when the swap time comes. Anyone have pictures of there masterpiece?

I just love my dog kennel pens for the chickens. My panels attached to barns are the 10 ft. by 6 ft. tall and can make a safe pen for them to hang out in. They look neat and clean and are easy to take down and or move around.
The 6 by 8 by 4 ft. tall pen is nice to put birds in when they are ready to be viewed for sale. That is what I do when selling cause it shows them well and makes it a breeze to catch them...
 
You might get more relevant suggestions if you include how long you're growing them out for.

There's a big difference in the accommodations needed for POL pullets than 3 week old chicks, for instance.

This is one of my grow out pens. I keep the silkies in the garage till about 4-5ish weeks in the garage (in the spring/summer). Then the birds get moved out into this or one of the other 2 pens like this. It is made with 1/4" hardware cloth. Once they get big enough they go into a coop like this https://www.backyardchickens.com/coops/playhouse-coop.html till they get large enough to go into the regular silkie pens. I also have another grow out pen. It was and old wooden dog house. We ran wire down the middle of the coop so it has 2 inside and 2 outside sections. Its a covered run and that works great also.

We built a rectangular shaped tractor for a grow out pen. The top of it is a hinged frame and it's short enough to step into. My husband thought it was unnecessary extra work to build it that way, but the first time he could step into it to get a chicken, instead of crawling in, he thought I was brilliant.
