I just spent a few minutes in the chatroom. While it takes a LOT to offend me, I had my 8YO on my lap and he was asking me about some of the comments.

Please folks, im over 40 and I dont offend easily, but when my son is involved...........I try to use the remaining years to keep his thoughts pure while I hope for the best. I'm a realist and understand that it was probably a few kids unsupervised, spouting off, exploring their youth. I wont give the screen names because again, I am banking on it just being kids...............my issue was that even when I stated that the conversation was "off topic" and i had my son with me, it didnt change - which further convinced me that it was kids...

Honestly you need to report things like that when it happens. If the mods don't know they can't fix it. It's a good chance they are kids, but they need to follow the rules just like everyone else. With almost 70k members here, it is impossible to catch everyone acting badly.
 
Yup! You DO need to report this... its been a problem in the past.

The same rules apply in the chat room as do on the forum. I can't do chat myself, can't keep up, but will check it out. If it gets too bad in there, Nifty can and will close it down, so please report whatever you deem inappropriate. Good night, all!

I feed my birds with fish meal as a protein but it is becoming expensive.
Anyone with a clear idea on how to make protein meal from household waste and animal blood
