A friend and I might go (total 2 people) but it will depend on the weather outside. My chicks may not be strong enough by then to be outside. Thanks for organizing this! If we can't make it to this one, we will definitely make it to the next one!
 
I'm looking for chicken saddles if anyone makes them. This is the 3rd thread talking about the meet up - am I missing any others?

Hi. I'm new to BYC and wanted to find out if there are poultry swaps or auctions anywhere in So. Cal or even Central California. I know the livestock auctions have poultry, but I wondered if there was anything where higher quality breeders sold or traded, etc.
 
I am SUPER NEW, but, there is a big show next weekend at the Ventura County Fairgrounds...!!! I am looking for good, local, breeders to make relationships with! I am in Thousand Oaks, on a .75 acre lot! I am just starting my flick, with the usual friendlies, and pretty egg layers: cream legbar (2), Golden laced Wyandotte, buff Orpington, white silkie (2) and Golden sex linked. One day I'd love a blue splash Marans, lavender Orpington and a Columbian Wyandotte. Please let me know if anyone knows of breeders for me! Thank you!!!
