So my goofball baby peeps turned into week old chics in no time! Now they are all taking TEST FLIGHTS in the brooder. Yeesh ! Give a chick a couple stubby wing feathers and they think they are Orville Wright.

Its pretty funny. They seem to be having a contest. Who can touch the wire top or make it all the way across the brooder.
Hop Flap Flap FLAP FLAP!!!!! "Tower we are loosing control ! Alert the feeder we are crash landing !!!"

Im going to have to screw the feeder to the bottom of the brooder in a day or two if they keep this up

my "girls" are doing this too i had to put a screen over my big girls box because Blue decided she was going to watch me feed the little girls most of them are content to hang out on their roost and stretch their necks and flap their wings and watch me
