Does anyone else think it's rediculous how versus shows sports now one cares about, like the tour de france... it's ALWAYS on. They need to play something good.

I don't mind the Tour de France, I think it's interesting. But, have you watched the Universal Sports Network? All kinds of stuff you would never see anywhere--ever. But, they're getting better with more interesting shows.

The Tour de France is one of the most 'cared about' sports events in the entire world.
A LOT of people 'care about' it very much, including me. Cycling may not be that big among NASCAR fans, but it's huge in the rest of the world.
Just because YOU aren't interested, doesn't mean the rest of the world agrees with you. 'I think this so everyone else does' is a really, really bad state of mind to be in.

I cant watch bike racing. We have several of those big races here every year. Its not a big deal to me now but years ago I drove rescue an fire trucks an the bike racers take over the road when they are here an do not let anyone threw including EMS.
I drove some rescue years ago, too, when people tended not to get out of the way. The laws have changed dramatically since then and I would be surprised to see anyone interfere with a fire truck or ambulance these days -- not and get away with it.

Ga law to this day still does not require anyone to get out of the way of emergency vehicles.
