turkey with swollen side of face

I have a young turkey that has what appears a swollen sinus cavity? well it appears that way. It has clear drainage and its right eye is watering. What do I do? Will it work its self out or will I need to treat vet treatment?

I have had a turkey with a sinus infection, and this looks to be what this is. (Unless she got stung by a bee). 3 days of Tylan 50 injections should do the trick. Those injections are usually administered at .27 cc per lb. of bird, but you can go .25 cc for easier calculations for the weight of the bird (which is what I do for my turkeys) . Tylan 50 should be available at your local feed store in a liquid form.
