ALL weeds ok for chickens to eat?

I live in AZ and was wonering if there are any types of weeds/plants that chickens can't eat? i've just been picking the weeds around our acre and putting them in their run until we can get a moveable pen for them to forage.
 
I live in AZ also I notice that my chickens only eat certain weeds they pick and choose and since almost everything has spines or thorns they avoid the nasty ones.
 
Don't have a clue about AZ. Back east there are weeds that will kill chickens and other animals. For example, cockel burr when it first come out will kill a chicken. There are others as well. I'd suggest you go to your Land Grant College's website and then do a search from there.
