I don't think they are spaldings. They might look extra green because of the flash but the crest and face and everything doesn't look spalding.

Hi I have just acquired another pea youngster, I was told it was a peacock but I was adamant that it was a girl, please can anyone confirm for me, sorry for bad photo but it is late here and phone was dying
It's an Indian Blue male. The barring is a sign of a young male.
