Apparently not. My husband purchased a keyboard from them, paid them, and they didn't send it. Now we keep getting the response, no items in their warehouse that have not been picked up, they will look into it and get back to us. Days pass. Apparently Helen Waite is their service department. If you have a complaint, go to Hell'n Wait.
