Well i just picked him or her up friday i think it is a him makes all kinds of noises all the time The name is Solo he or she is 8 weeks old :) and was hand fed!! we are working on the trust thing right now he seems to be doing great every once in awhile he thinks he needs to try and bite me ugh.. at least it doesnt hurt!!! well here is my new addition
 
Silo is really cute. I love that crest or is it topknot? I had one years ago and she was a sweetheart. Thanks for sharing her pics with us.

Do you already know if it's a boy a or a girl? How are this noises? They are like shouts or whistle?
If they're like whitles, it's a male. ut i guees it itsn't whitle yet, because he is really young. They use to start whistling at 12-15 weeks.

Just a detail: you cockatiel is a Gray split pied

he is starting to whistle and gray split pied not sure what that means i know more about chicken and snake genetics then bird
 
The spot on his head says spit for pied my Diego has a spot to as for sex you can look under the wings if theres spots all the way to the tip it's a female if it stops half way it's a male.
