Don't buy from Efowl

I ship hatching eggs all over the US and priority mail does come with tracking....you have to pay extra for it.....try to order your chicks from the closest hatchery to you....they have a better chance of making it......USPS has UPS delivering their priority packages....FedX does their Express mail....good luck to all of you....It's just not like it use to be with the USPS....

They only have delivery confirmation, not they same as tracking.

Awaiting to hear back from Efowl regarding their guarantee of sexing. I ordered pullets and out of 5, 3 are cockerels. To top it off only 4 are the breed I ordered. To be fair, I had ordered a total of 20 pullets and 17 were correct.

Priority Mail comes with Delivery Confirmation for which you pay an extra fee, not tracking. Delivery Confirmation is exactly what it says--confirmation of final delivery.

Del Conf only tells you where the package was LAST time it was scanned. It must only be scanned at the delivery point, though usually most places will scan as it comes through.

Best thing to do is not order chicks for shipping when the weather is too hot; also, pay for Express Delivery, which is not overnight, but supposedly guaranteed in two days (though I've had to get refunds when it took 3 days). The Post Office is not dependable. I'd never entrust a live animal to them, personally.

Efowl is a drop shipper, like MyPetChicken. There is another thread on this place here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/620950/efowl

Sexing is an art, not a science. Most places will refund you for mistakes over 10% wrong. If you ordered 100 pullets and more 15 are roosters, they'd refund for the extra 5 males, is what most like Ideal do.
