Saddle feather - Is this the point?

Thanks everyone! I don't know what I'm seeing then. The feathers that are coming in between the wings are tiny and shiny. I thought that they were saddle feathers, but maybe not.
 
If they are shiny they probably are rooster hackles. If you put your finger under it and the edges seem kind of transparent and shiny those are the first juvie hackles which dont have to be long or very pointy, but the lacey edge gives them away.
 
can you get a top view?? what breed? it looks like a white polish in which case it would be a cockerel...how old is it?
