Chicken insomniacs.
Pretty cool! I always assumed once it was sundown they just hunkered down and snoozed!

Boy, between the ducks and the chickens, it sounded like there was enough noise to wake the dead!
Absolutely adorable! I had to laugh at your poor little guy, left all alone on the roost!

They seem to hang out for quite awhile, just chatting with one another. Eventually they end up falling asleep.

Ha ha! Rocky likes to think he's such a tough rooster, but the big Marans hens and the ducks run him right over. You wouldn't know it if you saw him strutting and crowing around them all day long. He thinks he's king of the barnyard!
They all left him behind after stuffing their faces on lettuce.
