CM game bird farm & hatchery

Hello everyone,

I ordered from cm game bird farm & hatchery, I was suppose to receive my order between 3 to 4 weeks but now it has been about 2 months and did not receive them.Plus I tried to call them several times but did not answer any of my calls.
Can anyone tell me if I can trust this company or maybe provide me with some of your experiences with them?

I did order birds from them in the past. They were quick to answer any questions I had. I'd have to say they had good customer service. But then earlier this year, I wanted to order some birds from them again but wasn't able to get through. I emailed and called them but there was no pick up or reply. It's strange.

Thank you for the respond. Ya I think it is strange because they do not answer and I am really concerned about my order.
By the way I am from Kuwait and it is the first time that I deal with them.

We placed an order in October of last year for 24 pair of flight ready valley quail, and never received the quail or a refund. They now hang up on me or dont answer when I call. This was a large amount of money. I would tell anyone who asks not to do business with this company.

Sounds like you need to report them to the BBB.

I found their BBB page, I hope you all recount your experiences so others won't fall victim as well!

We sent them 8633$ and they informed us that we will recieve the birds in 4 weeks but actually did not recieve any. Plus, when we call or email them they do not answer us. We can prove this situation by the emails conversations that we had with them. Also, we have the western union reciepts. Please we hope that you can solve our problem or at least return our money back.

they told me they ship in 4 weeks

now they dont replay my emails or phone calls

do somebody know who is the owner ? is it Bruce Gillespie

Yes, to my knowledge the owner is Bruce Gillespie. He is not the brightest bulb out there and personally I think he has honesty issues. Just my thoughts. His eBay ID is chiefquail and I know for a fact that he is trying to scam sellers there.

I think anyone who has done business with this individual should document their experiences and if necessary file complaints with the proper authorities.

I just dealt with Bruce at CM Farms. Received two beautiful Mountain quail from him today. I had no problems whatsoever, he responded back to all my emails promptly. We had a 2 week delay in the shipping of our mountain quails but when you order in February from a breeder in Maine, you expect weather delays. I recommend CM, the birds I received were well maintained. I got the last breeding pair of mountain quail though. those lil rascals are hard to come by!
