The BYC art club is a club for artists and artwork of all types and ages! This thread is created for people who do drawing, painting, egg art, digital art, sculptures, designers, wood-burners, chalk pastels, charcoals, scratchboard, animations, photography, architects, or any other type of artwork! Please, no criticizing anyone's art or arguing or bad language. Art is for everyone and everyone that gives it effort is an artist! . :D please enjoy this thread everyone!
 
I love drawing and doing egg art! I don't quite remember what the specific type of egg art is called tho... Can I post a pic of the egg I dyed?

Thanks! It's really hard. You take a regular white egg, and you draw a design on it with melted wax that you put in this pen-like thing, and you put it over a flame until the wax melts, and then you draw the design on the egg. You then dip the egg in dye, and cover the parts you want that color dye to be with in wax again, then you dip it again, until you have everything covered in wax, and then you put it in the oven and the wax melts off... It's really hard to explain. I did it with 4H. ._.
