One of my eggs hatched 3 days ago how long do I wait before I throw away the rest of them or do I wait Amy longer? Its my very first hatch with a homemade incubator Thanks Lorelei

I assume you are talking about chicken eggs?

I’d have tossed them before now. If you are totally unwilling to do that, you can do the float test. Float the eggs that have not pipped on water and let them settle. If anything is alive inside, the egg will wiggle on its own.

I also suggest you do an eggtopsy. Carefully open those unhatched eggs and try to determine if they started developing and when they stopped. That might help you in your next incubation. If they did not develop or stopped developing in the first week, it was probably something that happened before you started incubation; not fertile, improper storage, poor health or nutrition of the parent flock, something like that. If they stopped in the last week, it was probably something to do with your incubation.

It sounds like the one that hatched was way late. That almost certainly means that your incubation temperature was too low. I suggest you calibrate a good thermometer and probably raise your incubation temperature a full degree. See how that works.
