Question

Hi redrooster99,
This goes back in history to the differences and samenesses between the English and the American cultures. In England, they love their white skinned poultry for the table. The white feathers were preferred on both continents because if any pin feathers remained on the dressed bird, the white ones didn't show up as much. Americans like yellow skinned poultry with white feathers.
In cultures with heavy English culture, it may be they prefer the white skinned birds.
Best,
Karen
in western PA, USA

thank you that summed it up for me
