Old enough?

We recently got a new batch of guineas and they are growing fast. But I was wondering how old they need to be before we can let them roam free. We do have dogs and other chickens roaming around but we put them up at night.( not the dogs though) Also they aren't very social. They are with 4 other ducks but we will separate them soon. Any advice would be very helpful.
 
I try to wait until my Guinea are 10-12 weeks old and have spent at least 6 wks in their new coop/pen so that they imprint on that space as HOME and SAFETY and will (hopefully) want to return to the coop each evening. They usually are more agile, alert and able to fend for them selves/escape predator threats etc at that age too.
