Rescued abandoned chicken - has white butt, barely eating, watery yellow poo w black pieces

Aww bless you Shelley thanks for your good wishes :)

Yep these little creatures certainly get under your skin and into your heart don't they ?

Pudding is doing well, I think it must've been a bad break as she is taking a while to recover but she is making progress and is happily stuffing her beak and has taken over one of the cats furry beds during the daytime. At night she sleeps in the spare bedroom with her teddy :) I absolutely adore her, but that said I love them all. They all have their different personalities.
I have a guinea fowl called Guinness and she is quite skittish but this morning she sat with me while I poop scooped. It's taken over 6 months for her to come to me but this morning when she was watching the sun come up on my knee I felt quite emotional :)

They make you laugh and love and somehow they put all your worries into perspective.
I think I would be lost without them :)

Take care xx

Very cute read. Makes me feel not alone in loving a couple of hens! My hubby hit a low depression when I rescued them...and they certainly helped me through with the stress! (he's good now - unhealed wound from not grieving the death of his dad) I'd just go outside and be with them. And they were so happy and funny...I couldn't help but laugh! It's all good. :) Take care! Shelly

Oh yeah!

Hi Lobzi, I hope whatever you tried works. It's tough not knowing exactly what to do. Sometimes it is trial and error. If you have a question, I'll try to help. There are a lot of great people on here...who helped me. Peace, Shelly
